1. About our courses
We offer AI-integrated training programs in web development, e-commerce and digital marketing. Course content, duration, schedule and trainers are described on our website and may be updated from time to time to keep the training current. We aim to give practical, industry-relevant skills, but we do not guarantee any specific job, salary, income or business result.
2. Eligibility and enrolment
- You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
- Enrolment is confirmed only after you complete the admission form and pay the course fee (or the first instalment).
- You agree to give accurate and complete information when enrolling.
3. Fees and payment
- The program fee is ₹11,999 per course unless a different amount is shown at the time of enrolment.
- Fees may be paid in full or, where offered, in three instalments. Instalments must be paid by the agreed due dates. Late payment may result in access to classes and material being paused.
- Fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at payment.
- We may change fees for future batches. A fee change does not affect students who have already paid.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Batches, attendance and certificates
- Batch start dates, timings and seat availability may change. We will inform you in advance of any change.
- We may merge, reschedule or postpone batches if there are too few enrolments or for reasons beyond our control. If we cannot offer you a suitable batch, you may request a refund under the Refund Policy.
- Regular attendance and completion of assignments and projects are expected. A certificate is issued only after you complete the course requirements.
5. Student conduct
You agree to behave respectfully towards trainers and other students, and not to disrupt classes, misuse our systems, or use course material for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or end enrolment, without refund, in cases of serious misconduct, fraud or non-payment.
6. Intellectual property
All course material, videos, notes, assignments, logos, text and website content belong to The 10X Authority School or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning only. You may not copy, record, share, resell or publish them without our written permission.
7. Recordings and photos
Classes, events or student projects may be photographed or recorded for training and promotional use. If you do not want your image or work used, tell us in writing.
8. Third-party tools
Our courses use third-party tools and platforms (for example WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce and AI tools). These may have their own terms, pricing and availability, which we do not control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The 10X Authority School is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of income or business, or damages arising from your use of the website or course material. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course will not exceed the fee you paid for that course.
10. Website use
We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Information on the site is for general guidance and may be changed without notice.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown above.
