We want you to be confident when you enrol at The 10X Authority School. This policy explains when a refund is available for course fees (₹11,999 per course unless a different amount was shown at enrolment).
1. Refund eligibility
- Before the batch starts: if you cancel in writing at least 3 days before your batch start date, you will receive a full refund, less a non-refundable registration and payment-gateway charge of ₹500.
- Within the first 2 sessions: if you attend up to the first 2 class sessions and decide the course is not right for you, you may request a refund within 7 days of your batch start date. 75% of the fee paid will be refunded.
- After the first 2 sessions: fees are non-refundable, because seats are limited and trainer and study material costs have already been committed.
2. Cases where we refund in full
- We cancel a batch or course, or cannot offer you a suitable alternative batch.
- You were charged twice or an incorrect amount because of a technical or payment error.
3. Instalment payments
If you are paying in three parts, the refund is calculated on the amount actually paid at the time of cancellation. Unpaid instalments that have fallen due remain payable until your cancellation is accepted in writing.
4. Not eligible for refund
- Missed classes, late joining or lack of attendance by the student.
- Change of mind, job or personal schedule after the refund window has passed.
- Termination of enrolment because of misconduct or breach of our Terms & Conditions.
- Certificates, study material or software already issued or accessed.
5. Transfer instead of refund
If you cannot attend your batch, you may ask to move to a later batch of the same course once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 3 days before your batch start date and seats are available.
6. How to request a refund
- Email hello@10xauthority.com from your registered email address, with your name, phone number, course name and reason.
- We will confirm your request within 3 working days.
- Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
